Other Ways to Reach Us

Three More Ways to Get Help

Every way to reach us opens a ticket, so whoever helps you can see the full history.

CyberCore icon

The CyberCore Icon

Everyday problems on that computer
  1. Find the CyberCore icon near the clock in the corner of your screen. If you do not see it, click the small ^ arrow to show hidden icons.
  2. On a PC, right-click the icon and choose Submit Support Ticket.

Everyday problems, from any device

Phone

Anything urgent, and anything about security

Call about any issue, big or small. Have your CC number ready, and tell us your name, your organization, and a number we can call you back on.

Urgent or Security Related

Do Not Wait on a Ticket. Call Right Away.

For anything on this list, call us day or night. A phone call is the fastest way to reach a person, and with security problems, minutes matter. If you are not sure whether something belongs on the list, call.

(515) 500-2673
  • You clicked a link, opened an attachment, or typed your password somewhere you are unsure about
  • You think your account was hacked, or you approved a sign-in prompt you did not start
  • Files will not open, have strange names, or a message demands payment
  • A computer, phone, or tablet with work data is lost or stolen
  • Someone asks you to change where a payment goes, buy gift cards, or send a wire
  • You cannot work at all, or several people are affected at once
Your CyberCore Label

The Label on Your Computer Gets You Help Faster

Every computer we support carries a CyberCore label with a QR code and a CC number, such as CC-1126. Please leave it in place.

1
Scan the QR codePoint your phone camera at the label to open this page. It is handy when your computer will not start, will not connect, or you are away from your desk.
2
Give us the CC numberWe ask for it on every ticket and every call. It tells us exactly which computer needs help. If the label is missing or worn, tell us and we will replace it.

What to Include in Your Ticket

  • Your name and the best phone number to reach you
  • The CC number from the label on your computer
  • What is wrong, and what you were doing when it happened
  • When it started, and whether anyone else is affected
  • The exact error message. A screenshot is best
  • What you already tried, such as restarting

Keep one problem per ticket. To take a screenshot, press Windows + Shift + S on a PC, or Shift + Command + 4 on a Mac.

Keep These Out of Tickets

Never include a password or MFA code, not even for us. We will never ask for one.

Handle patient information? Keep patient names, dates of birth, and record numbers out of tickets, screenshots, and emails. Describe the problem by computer or by role instead, such as "the exam room 2 PC."

Is It Really Us?

How We Will Contact You

Our Emails

Our emails come from @cybercore360.com addresses and reference your ticket number.

No Passwords, Ever

We will never ask for your password or MFA code by phone, email, text, ticket, or chat. If we need to share a credential, we send a secure link that expires after use.

Remote Sessions

We only connect to your computer for a ticket you opened, or after we have called or emailed you about it first.

Identity Verification

We verify your identity before any password reset or account change, so no one can take over your account just by asking.

Automatic Protection

If our security system detects a threat, it may disconnect your computer from the network to stop it from spreading. We will contact you.

When in Doubt, Hang Up

If someone claiming to be us calls unexpectedly and asks to connect or for a code, hang up and call us at (515) 500-2673.
