CyberCore Technologies LLC (“CyberCore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how we protect it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to our website at cybercore360.com (the “Site”), to our text messaging program, and to the managed IT and cybersecurity services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).
Please read this policy carefully. By using our Site or Services, or by providing information to us, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our Site or Services.
This policy covers personal information CyberCore collects as a business acting on its own behalf — for example, information about visitors to our Site, prospective clients, and our client contacts. When we handle data on behalf of a client under a managed services agreement, we act as that client’s service provider or processor, and our handling of that data is governed by our agreement with the client and, where applicable, a separate Data Processing Addendum or Business Associate Agreement. This Privacy Policy does not govern the data practices of our clients.
Information you provide to us. We collect information you give us directly, including when you request a consultation or quote, sign a service agreement, submit a support request, subscribe to communications, or otherwise contact us. This may include:
Information collected automatically. When you visit our Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits.
Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from business partners, referral sources, and publicly available sources, which we may combine with information we already hold.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through our Site, and we ask that you not send us sensitive information except through the secure channels we designate for delivering Services.
We use the information we collect to:
CyberCore Technologies uses SMS text messaging to communicate with clients and prospective clients who have provided their mobile phone number in the course of doing business with us.
Consent. By providing your mobile phone number to CyberCore — during onboarding, when signing a service agreement, when submitting a support request, or when you initiate contact with us by phone or text — you agree to receive service-related and account-related text messages from us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Types of messages. Messages may include support ticket updates and status notifications, appointment and service scheduling, account and service notifications, and general two-way conversational communication related to the Services we provide.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and your interactions with us.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt out. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send you further non-essential text messages. You may opt back in at any time by replying START.
Help. For help, reply HELP to any message, email us at info@cybercore360.com, or call us at 515-500-2673.
No sharing of mobile information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent obtained for the purpose of text messaging are not shared, sold, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers we use solely to help us deliver the messaging service, and then only as needed for that purpose.
Our Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and improve your experience. Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain until deleted).
We may use analytics providers to help us understand how visitors use our Site. These providers may set their own cookies and collect information about your online activities over time and across websites.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Because there is no consistent industry standard for recognizing “Do Not Track” browser signals, our Site does not currently respond to them. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Site.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, and misuse, appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any credentials we provide confidential.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any applicable authorities as required by law.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, maintain our business records, comply with our legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or de-identify it.
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to you, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in the “Contact Us” section below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If you are a California resident, you have the rights described above, including the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; the right to request deletion; and the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise your rights, use the contact details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your California privacy rights.
Our Site and Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our Site. If you believe a child has provided us information through our Site, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
We are located in the United States and process personal information in the United States. If you access our Site or Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons.
