Our Story
CyberCore Technologies is a security-first managed service provider based in Norwalk, Iowa. We work with businesses and organizations of every kind, with a special focus on the ones where a breach does the most damage: healthcare and behavioral health practices, law firms, accounting and financial offices, private schools, and nonprofits.
Our roots go back to 2020, when the business started as Revolutionary Technologies. Most of that early work was residential: designing and installing home networks and Wi-Fi, installing physical home security systems, and providing basic help desk support when something stopped working. It was hands-on work, done one home and one client at a time.
That background still shapes how we work. Running cable, building networks, and installing security systems taught us that protection is only as strong as its weakest point, whether that is an unlocked door, an unsecured Wi-Fi network, a reused password, or a laptop that missed its updates.
It also showed us the limits of a reactive, project-based model. Too often, the call came after something had already gone wrong, and each project ended when the install was finished. As attacks on small organizations grew, it became clear that security could no longer be an add-on, and that waiting for problems was no longer good enough.
So we changed the model entirely. On January 1, 2026, we relaunched as CyberCore Technologies, a fully managed provider built to be as proactive as possible. Instead of waiting for the next break, we monitor, maintain, and protect your environment every day, catching problems early and stopping threats before they become emergencies, with cybersecurity at the center of everything we do.
We built CyberCore around a simple belief: small and mid-sized organizations face the same attackers as large enterprises, so they deserve the same level of protection. That is why 24/7 security monitoring is included in every plan, there are no onboarding fees, and every agreement spells out exactly what is covered in plain language.
We are still a local business at heart. When you call, you reach people who know your environment, answer for the results, and treat your organization the way we would want ours treated.
